Greg says ‘sup? A constant beacon of hilarity and lost accents, we aren’t sure exactly what we did before Greg nor what we would ever do without him. A passionate and dedicated cook whose Asian fusion flavours are lovingly categorized into: cold noodle, hot noodle & not noodle. Deftly able to wield gochuchang and hoisin without misstep we revel in the tastiness that comes from his pans.
Greg joined our kitchen team in the early days of the Rabbit and he has fit like a puzzle piece, rounding out the talent in our kitchen in ways we couldn’t have hoped for.
